All MAD MTB members are invited to the 2016 AGM and social night. The evening will include the year in review, along with election of the 2017 committee and any other matters at hand.
With the business necessities out of the way, the night will be turned over to food, drinks and banter.
Any club member wishing to have a motion placed on the agenda for the AGM may do so by submitting the motion in writing to the club secretary at least one week prior to the meeting. The proposer of the motion should be present at the AGM in order for the motion to be discussed and considered. Contact details are on the club members forum.
Although an important event on our calendar, it won’t be all long faces, motions and elections, as we also have our hotly contested Annual Members Awards followed by a social evening with some food and drinks provided by the club.
