The GAP is Ireland’s Hottest New Bike Park. Uplift Service Bike Rental Downhill Mountain Biking Enduro Climb Corporate Events. Located on Threerock, MAD’s own home turf. The GAP have regularly sponser prizes for various club events as well as hosting multiple club championships over the last few years.
Biking.ie
Biking.ie has bike rentals at the Ticknock and Ballinastoe trailheads. They also have coffee snacks, bike wash and even bike servicing available at their huts. And don’t forget they have discounted rates on Biking skills courses for all MAD members.
