Trying to stay as active as you can definitely helps, legs exercise from the ultimate work out from James Wilson may be also a motivation, long walks, healthy diet, and meditation to stay positive and you will be back before you know it, riding a turbo trainer may be an option too but if it’s going to worsen your injury leave it out.
